Have you ever wanted to play a Boromir deck without Gondorian Fire and Blood of Numenor? Now you can! This deck is quite strong, and can get quite a few solid allies out in the first couple of turns. Boromir's resources are mainly used for Bifur and Livery of the Tower. Mulligan for Quickbeam or Elven Light + Sailor of Lune. Master of the Forge is primarily used for fetching Livery of the Tower or Elf-Stone. Have fun!
With or without Livery of the Tower, Gondorian Shield is still a great card for you.
