TLDR, Loop a Gandalf every turn.
Use Wizard's Pipe to put Gandalfon top of the deck, followed by a Gwaihir's Debt to bring him out and Háma trigger to return Gwaihir's Debt to hand. Gandalf returns to your hand at the end of the turn to do it again. You do need an enemy for Hama to attack for it to work and at least 1 extra card in hand to supply the discard on his trigger. Worth it!
