This is my take on a pretty standard Rohan ally swarm deck, with an emphasis on defense and sentinels, so it works well alongside a deck with powerful attackers and some healing. As with all Rohan decks, this one's main power is in questing.
The deck doesn't have a lot of card draw, so two of the most important cards are actually Gamling and Gúthwinë, to help get discarded cards back as a form of draw, especially Escort from Edoras. Another card to mulligan for is Snowmane, so that while the deck is getting set up you can use 2 of Théoden's stats. At least one Dúnedain Warning is pretty important also so that Erkenbrand isn't taking too much damage as your primary defender.
The cards in this deck can get expensive, but with Steward and Theoden's discount, you shouldn't have much of a problem. If you find yourself needing to discard a lot to Eowyn, or just running out in general, I left Ancient Mathom on the sideboard as a natural fit for draw, given the deck's strong location control.
