This deck has been used primarily in co-op play as it takes a little time to get going. The ideal opening hand will provide Gondorian Shield to put on Beregond for free and Prince of Dol Amroth for early play on Imrahil. Beregond becomes an immediate 6/4 defender with sentinel to help take on early arriving nasty enemies for the group; then the player who engages them can hopefully put a little damage on them. The Prince can also be switched for his leadership hero card, but the exchange comes with a loss of that extra Outlands boost from the allies. Cards like Sterner than Steel and Man the Walls can help others at the table.
