DECK NAME - Siege Kings
OVERVIEW - Leave The Cross-Roads location in the staging area to stay in siege questing for the duration of the quest. High allies make progress during questing and Legolas and Blade of Gondolin make quest progress during combat.
HEROES
- Beregond - attach 2nd Gondorian Shield and Spear of the Citadel
- Boromir - attach 1st Gondorian Shield and a weapon
- Legolas - attach 2 weapons
STRATEGY
- CROSS-ROADS - make sure to leave it in staging to remain in siege questing
- QUESTING - send your high allies on the quest along with Beregond; try to put your 1-cost allies into play to discard to Orc Ambusher forced effect rather than losing your better allies
- TRAVEL - usually the only location worth traveling to is The Dark Woods; leave all others in staging unless becomes an issue
- FARAMIR OBJECTIVE ALLY - use his action during combat to reveal a hidden card; hopefully it's a 3 enemy that is immediately killed
- Threat won't be an issue due to how quickly the deck results in a win
- Everything else is pretty obvious; usually you'll win in 3-5 rounds
