One of the decks I used to get through the Against the Shadow cycle (and everything before). Aragorn is the weak link here (utility, he's really only there for the threat reset when necessary). Try to get Glorfindel his attachments early and Vilya for Elrond. An early Master of the Forge can help to churn the deck and pull attachments that aren't in your opening hand (he also helps build up Aragorn). Imladris Stargazer sets up the Vilya combo and when Unexpected Courage comes out that will go on Elrond so he can defend, too. The deck starts a little slow (with high threat) but once it get's set up it's pretty unstoppable. All of the High-cost uniques coming in for cheap with Vilya really create a small but powerful army.
This is a version of a deck by Starhawk77 on BGG. I've added Aragorn's items to make him stronger and add some more questing power and resource flexibility.
