As the name implies I built this deck to beat "The Road to Rivendell" But I think it would serve well in many multiplayer situations as a support deck. Erkenbrand ensures safe defending so this deck is not squishy per say. Getting attack strength takes a little bit more time. You'll have to rely on the twins, Gimli, and Treebeard for attack strength. I put Unexpected Courage onto Treebeard so he can quest and attack. I keep Dúnedain Watcher and Hasty Stroke around in case Erkenbrand can't afford the hp to cancel shadows, and of course, Eleanor never sleeps on sentry duty. Henamarth Riversong is an absolute godsend in any solo deck but with him and Eleanor together there is no way something will catch you off guard. I'm sure this deck can be improved. I only have 1 copy of the original core set and I'm sure with slight variations this can be a versatile encounter control deck. Cheers!
