It's been awhile since I've seen a dedicated Ent deck, and I've never actually built one, so I thought I'd try to put one together. I haven't tried this list yet, so I would welcome suggestions if you see ways to improve, as Ents are new to me.
Elrond and Vilya help to play our expensive allies, Galdor of the Havens provides questing and card draw, and Legolas is here to help you get some progress if you are having trouble in the early stages of the game. And thematically Elves seemed like the most logical choice to lead and Ent army, considering there is reference in the book about them being the oldest of the Free Peoples and most apt to understand Ents. On the flip side of things, Merry and Pippin would also be thematically sound and fun, maybe I should use them?
I appreciate any feedback. Thanks all.

Feb 02, 2017Thank you for that suggestion I'll look to implement it. Also I have not said so before but I always appreciate your input sir, your decks and comments on others always make me see things I initially did not think of, especially in the tactics arena. |
Feb 03, 2017You are very welcome! I appreciate the complement, I also enjoy the decks you post and share, let me know how this one pans out for you. |
Some type of action advantage could be useful for Elrond. If you use he and Vilya to put an Ent in play you are not gaining the action you are losing. Since Vilya gives you the icon, you could throw either Unexpected Courage or Light of Valinor in.
