StrossuS has a newer deck inspired by this one: Discarding and Questing Arwen

This deck is based on Discard and high questing, Eowyn would quest better but Cirdand and Arwen can do more combos, i m trying to fit Celebrían's Stone but i don t find space to it, maybe removethe Side Quest, i don t know.
