StrossuS has a newer deck inspired by this one: Discarding and Questing Arwen
This deck is based on Discard and high questing, Eowyn would quest better but Cirdan and Arwen can do more combo.
Arwen can give resources to Gildor on the very first turn to get him Steward of Gondor and keep resources high, Silver Harp is there for mitigate Cirdan discard ability.
Any tips is welcome!
