A fun and effective thematic deck that combines dwarven mining and pipes synergies.
Use Bilbo Baggins to fetch Wizard Pipe but after that prioritize getting the 3 Dwarf Pipes in play quickly so that you can preserve cards, mostly your events so that you can use them repeatedly.
There is only one Will of the West since twice through the deck is more than enough, especially once you have all 3 Dwarf Pipes in play. Preserve it through Dwarf Pipe else put it back in your deck via Ered Nimrais Prospector (using Stand and Fight if necessary).
Starting hand priorities are Dwarf Pipe, Erebor Toymaker, Zigil Miner, and Smoke and Think.
