First a challenge somewhat tricky in my mind, but finally a pretty fun and simple one. Mablung is the banker of the deck, a good companion for Dúnedain Hunter, and at the same time a pragmatical solution to lower the threat in staging area. Mulligan for Prepare for Battle, since the drawing is often slow in mono tactics decks. Punctually use the Ithilien's allies for making more money. Try to engage or be engaged always two times per round. Play your tactics allies when you can or when it seems consistent.

If you are supposed to mulligan for Prepare for Battle, why not include more than one copy? Also, I think Steward of Orthanc would be a much better draw option, especially once you are out of secrecy.

@NERD 1) Cause that's neither a hard mulligan, nor a crucial card here. That's just a preferancy against some scenarios. 2) Since i want to stay low in threat, in order to thematically keep control of who i engage and who i do not want to engage, it's not consistent to me to include Doomed generator like Steward of Orthanc ;-)
