Lobelia becomes a master of taking damage for the table then healing it all away with Healing Herbs. You really want to get some of the Spare pipes on early with Nob's discount and find those card draw events. Hopefully you can get a couple of those on quickly then use Smoke and Think to get the Citadel Plate down. The three hunter's discount helps get Ponies on Nob, Silver Harpand Silver Circlet on Pippin. Once assembled can use Song of Mocking to take damage for the table as you quest for 14-18 by sending the team. Any bad enemies engage? kick them back to the staging area with pippin for your team to engage and deal with as you take their damage.
I built this as a joke deck for the Con but it actually turned out to play pretty well! The consistent questing felt like I was contributing while getting the hit points setup to take the damage.
In our nightmare Journey to the Crossroads game, Lobelia helped soak a significant part of the 30 archery we had to deal with 3 times that game and was able to quickly heal it away.
