This deck is meant to be played as a Fellowship with the corresponding Companions deck.
Boosting is key to making this deck work in the fellowship. Friend of Friends should be placed on Sam Gamgee and Merry. This ensures the buffs stay in play when Frodo Baggins is temporarily removed from the game.
If a choice between Fellowship of the Ring and Frodo's Intuition comes up, Frodo's Intuition is the better choice to get the card draw needed to get as many attachments out as possible. If this deck moves to quest 4, that's a good time to play Fellowship of the Ring. Buffing Sam Gamgee for defense is important. Remember that when advancing to stage 2, all enemies in the staging area have a 0 engagement cost, so Sam Gamgee will not be able to ready automatically.
Some of these attachments, such as Athelas are to be played on the other deck. Dúnedain Cache is good for Merry in this deck and Gimli in the other deck. Use Lórien's Wealth to increase card draw for the companions deck.
