This deck beat the Battle of the Pelennor Fields on Standard Mode in 2 attempts. Key cards to try to get out early:
Rammas Sentry will help prevent damage dealt to characters you control, which will prevent both archery damage as well as negate the Black Dart treachery, protecting your heroes from death. The damage prevention here is once per phase, and as long as you have a resource in the resource pool of each hero you control, you will be fine. Defender of Rammas is helpful too.
Faramir, Visionary Leadership, Banner of Elendil: provides stat boosts boosts to each character you control.
Steward of Gondor: Provides key resource generation, and can help ensure that you have a resource on each hero you control.
