Please keep in mind that I don't own the 6 packs from the Haradrim cycle nor the Vengeance of Mordor cycle/Deluxe set and I don't use the cards that I don't have access to.
Usually you want to mulligan for Legolas and try to play him with Hirgon on turn one - he'll help you with card draw.
You may swap Defender of Rammas for any of the allies from the sideboard, depending on your needs and playstyle. Henneth Annûn Guard works well in multiplayer, you can either give himself a +2 boost (and 1+ from Hirgon) to make him an emergency sentinel ally, or to boost Boromir with his in-built readying effect / Magic Ring / Behind Strong Walls for multiple defenses. If you need more firepower, Riddermark Knight is your friend.
I think that this is a pretty well-rounded deck, both for solo and multiplayer.
