The deck is a slightly sub-par mix of Gondor and eagles, intended to use Denethor's resource sharing with Hirgon to pay for the many allies. Steward of Gondor goes on Denethor, Visionary Leadership goes on Boromir, and Denethor makes sure that Boromir always has a resource. Otherwise the cards are fairly self-explanatory. It is not a great Gondor deck, but the core is made up of high cost Gondor allies whose stats are boosted by Boromir.
If paired with the side-questing Thurindir deck then you can grab the missing card of either Steward of Gondor or Visionary Leadership in the first rounds using Gather Information.
