Fed up with having to block enemies all the time, now you can just take it as threat instead with Frodo then reset as Aragorn once you've got all the allies you need down to do their job.
Slow down the rate of Threat attrition with Smoke Rings, Hobbit Pipe and Island Amid Perils.
Getting a Fast Hitch on Frodo Baggins and Wingfoot on Aragorn is pretty essential so that they can quest and still be useful later on in the turn if low on allies.
