Alibi 198
Alibi has a newer deck inspired by this one: A wizard is never late
Use Thurindir setup ability to play Gather Information. Then, if Gandalf isn't in your hand use the side quest response to take the istari and play him in the second round (you must have 4 resources so don't be expansive in the first round). Thanks to Aragorn ability you can take Gandalf in play a lot, with the benefit of gandalf's stuff like the pipe and the staff. Dunedain pipe is also powerful and you have Smoke Rings and Old Toby. Gandalf doesn't exhaust to quest so you can use Word of Command after the quest phase to pick up from your deck some powerful card like Light of Valinor, or if you are in trouble Ioreth.
