The core tech of this deck is about Gúthwinë, you can play a Snowbourn Scout or Westfold Horse-breeder each turn with no cost, trigger their enter play abilities, then sacrifice them to defend and trigger several abilities (Éomer,Horn of Gondor,Valiant Sacrifice), then use Éomer to kill a enemy and response Gúthwinë to return it. So that you can do all the things again in next turn.
I use Elfhelm just because it have a better interaction with Westfold Horse-breeder and might be more funny. Théodred is also a good choice.
