So it was that Frodo saw her whom few mortals had yet seen; Arwen, daughter of Elrond, in whom it was said that the likeness of Lúthien had come on earth again; and she was called Undómiel, for she was the Evenstar of her people. Long she had been in the land of her mother's kin, in Lórien beyond the mountains, and was but lately returned to Rivendell to her father's house. But her brothers, Elladan and Elrohir, were out upon errantry: for they rode often far afield with the Rangers of the North, forgetting never their mother's torment in the dens of the orcs.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - J.R.R. Tolkien

This deck features the grandchildren of Eärendil and Elwing (and obviously, of Celeborn and Galadriel).

Thanks to Elladan and Elrohir's readying abilities, all of their resources should be focused on that, unless you are sure you can handle playing an ally thanks to the extra resource per round of Arwen Undómiel. Make sure you play the cards as soon as thei are in your hand, so in future rounds Arwen Undómiel can support her brothers with that extra resource.

The Elven Spear and the Rivendell Blade go on Elladan (play it as you draw it), so you assure that once you face an enemy, you will destroy it. The other 2 copies of what is left can go on Elrohir.

Arwen Undómiel will be full equiped with the Silver Harp, the Silver Lamp, the Song of Eärendil, the Steed of Imladris and a copy of Unexpected Courage, so she can be ready before the shadow cards are dealed. There are only one copy of each in the deck, they can be difficult to get, but with the Song of Eärendil and the Elven-light you will have extra drawing per round.

I like to think about this as a story of revenge. Celebrian (the mother of our three heroes) was ambushed by orcs in the Redhorn Pass, captured and tortured. Elladan and Elrohir rescued her, and even she was healed physically by Elrond, she never fully recovered, and sailed west. Every orc crushed by the twins is a personal satisfaction.

Please, any suggestions to improve this deck are welcomed, but keeping in mind that I enjoy doing thematic decks!
