The Fellowship of the Ring

This is a nice combination of decks with many synergies.

We started the Saga Campaign playing these decks and they work together incredibly well.

One deck kills even the strongest enemies, while the other supports questing and threat reduction, as well as resource accumulation.

Highlights

-Denethor gives resources to Arwen (she is Gondor because of Steward of Gondor), who then gives them to Elrond making easier playing the expensive allies.

-Reducing threat by 26 when Elrond is destroyed with both copies of The Fall of Gil-Galad attached on him, only to be brought back in the game by Landroval

-Card Drawing made easy with Deep Knowledge, while attaching Favor of the Valar to players' threat dials in order to be safe.

-Gandalf uses Narya to ready Zigil Miner in order to use his ability again.

-Many Sentinel/Ranged characters provide great versatility.

A downside is that the Gandalf Ally cannot be played (he is a great boost that can probably be played round 1).

So far we have completed 5/18 of the Saga campaign with no real problems, beating most of adventures with our first play.
