I always loved Beornings; men that can transform themselves to bears? Yeah, it rocks!
So... now that we have a bunch of beorning allies, I think that a deck based in Beorning Skin-changer is viable.
The core of the deck are the 3 copies of Beorning Skin-changer, and Stand and Fight to abuse them; while Beorn and Giant Bear are their best targets (altough it can target Beorning Guardian too if you are in a desperate situation)
Given that Spirit-Tactics duality of the deck "core", I think that Arwen Undómiel and Aragorn are the heroes which better fit in the deck, as they cover both spheres and have some resource smoothing given Arwen's ability.
I think Merry is a good complement for them, as he has a very low threat, and a reducing ability, which gives us some time to prepare the board before we engage the greatest enemies. Rhovanion Outrider gives us some control location, while Elven-light, and Steward of Orthanc gives us card drawing.
I also added some "toolbox" in form of spirit events, and 2 Dwarven Tomb to recur what you need at a given time.
This is my first list, and I'm sure that it can be easily improved.
