This deck combines the Noldor archetype with all the fun of Gríma! Keys of Orthanc goes on Erestor or Gríma. Arwen Undómiel and Gríma both pump out resources while Erestor provides tons of card draw to be able to grab cards to play down easily. Silver Harp is key in being able to keep key cards in your hand. Will of the West lets you cycle through your deck multiple times to fuel all the discard effects and replay allies that you didn't play on the first time through your deck. The deck has lots of one or two copy unique allies that provide willpower and combat. Glorfindel can become a beast in this deck while cheap power allies like Mablung and Quickbeam help the deck get powerful right out of the start. The deck includes lots of threat management to make up for Gríma. Don't be afraid to use Gríma every turn because your threat should always be maintained through Elrond's Counsel, Gandalf, and Galadriel's Handmaiden.

Cards that you want to see in your opening hand are Keys of Orthanc, Silver Harp, or cheap allies that you can immediately play like Mablung, Quickbeam, and Ethir Swordsman. While once you get set up you can easily drop the more expensive allies which will boost your questing capability and handle attacks while Erestor and Protector of Lórien provide a defensive hero or you can chump weaker allies like Galadriel's Handmaiden. No card is super needed as you will always see it again once you Will of the West. Overall, this deck is a strong solo deck that can handle almost every element of the game.
