This is the main resource generator and player 2 in the fellowship. This deck's goals are:
Cycle We Are Not Idle and Lure of Moria with Tome of Atanatar and Erebor Hammersmith
Give decks 3 and 4 about 50 resources each.
This is achieved by this and other decks playing Deep Knowledge, Legacy of Númenor etc. to set up the initial hand and resources. See description of deck 1.
In particular In Service of the Steward with Lord of Morthond and Legacy of Durin makes every dwarf played draw 2 cards. This allow the deck to cycle itself easily. Other decks may play Will of the West to help as needed.
Arwen Undómiel allows Elrond's Counsel to be used and more Legacy of Númenor to be played turn 1. Other decks play The Galadhrim's Greeting to help further.
