This deck can generate quite a bit of willpower with Brand son of Bain boosting Dale characters with cheap attachments, Lanwyn gaining a boost from surge cards, and Guardian of Esgaroth and North Realm Lookout boosting themselves.
You can build up Bard son of Brand and Redwater Sentry to be good defenders with Hauberk of Mail, Round Shield, Arwen Undómiel and in the former case A Burning Brand.
Use the cheap attachments to draw cards and boost your allies. Cram unfortunately only goes on heroes. Bow of Yew, Spare Hood and Cloak go on all characters.
This deck is not super good at fighting or healing. It has Black Arrow to kill a bigger enemy once. The Bow of Yew can help characters to clear enemies.
