what can a maxcardrawdeck do?

much, with erestor, bilbo and beravor you can start with 13 in the first round. with Daeron's Runes and #Drinking Song around it is very likely that you draw the important cards early.

what to do with that?

you cannot pay for this much cards, thats clear, but there are many effects that profit from discarding cards, and you can only discard, what you have in hand before. so put together discardshenanigans + cheap cards.

this is a soloution:

• mainengine is To the Sea, to the Sea! . mulligan for it and get in a expensive noldor first turn (gildor, glorfindel, elladan, elrohir, galdor, Guardian of Rivendell, even Arwen Undómiel she is cheap, but so good
• Protector of Lórien is your maindiscardtool. with 6-7 cards per round use it wherever its necessary. depending on what is more needed part it between bilbo and erestor. bilbo will always quest while erestor might stay back for defense, until the allies are tough enough

• play another card with Smoke and Think or reduce the noldor played with To the Sea, to the Sea! to 0
• do not regret allies landing in the discardpile, with Wandering Spirit you can summon a few

• with Imladris Caregiver out and Elven-light, you can heal and buy the light back
