This deck features a lot of questing power and location control.
Aragorn (with Celebrían's Stone), Éowyn, with the Faramir and Northern Tracker combo allow you to quickly move through this quest. Another deck should keep Gollum more often, so this deck can do the questing in the second quest stage.
Aragorn can be build up into a primary or secondary defender with sentinel, Dúnedain Warning and maybe a Song of Wisdom/A Burning Brand combo from another player.
The other allies add different kinds of support and questing power to the deck, as well as chump blockers. Valiant Sacrifice is probably better than Campfire Tales here, because you are in a rush and need to chump quite a bit.
Steward of Gondor should go on Aragorn to keep him ready, and allow him to pay for the expensive allies.
The Galadhrim's Greeting is very necessary in this quest to prevent a player from threating out if you get stalled by the encounter deck.
