Stanislao 10

Stanislao has a newer deck inspired by this one: Stanislao's Eagles and Ents

This is a combat focused deck with a... somewhat poorly implemented theme. As with most of my deck lists, I've left room for adjustment. Notably the third hero is your choice of four tactics Eagles & Ents in the sideboard. I've also included kits for Elrond, Valour and those useful things Lore brings to multiplayer. The base deck is short three cards to facilitate kits and adjustment. Deck is combat focused, hopefully with decent resource smoothing and card draw. Noticeably lacking is resource generation.

Thematically, there are some issues. Radagast is a plot device in the books, with nothing particularly to do with Ents or Eagles. But here he is as a hero. Elrond doesn't have much more connection, but functions very similarly to Radagast here. The Valour kit makes more sense, Ents being slow to act and Eagles always arriving when doom is certain.

For the third hero, Gwaihir and Quickbeam are the most in-theme and "easy" choices. Gwaihir works particularly well in multiplayer or when the Elrond kit makes Unexpected Courage available. This will also get you into Valour on your second round, given your nasty starting threat of 39. Landroval via MoTK creates the amusing possibility of a chum hero, and keeps threat halfway sane at 33 with Radagast. Faunith is probably the most sensible choice, should you go into ALeP's body of work. Theoretically you could play this with only two heros, particularly using Elrond instead of Radagast, but there is no reason to do so.

My kit concept is really just a few sideboards that can be added when needed. Because RingsDB doesn't currently have a clear way of noting multiple sideboards, they're included as a lump and explained below.

Elrond's kit consists of him as a third hero or substitute for Radagast, Vilya, Unexpected Courage, Imladris Stargazer and Elrond's Counsel. Remember to remove Radagast's Staff, Gwaihir's Debt, and Word of Command should you remove Radagast.

The Valour kit includes: Favor of the Valar, Fierce Defense, Hope Rekindled, Horn's Cry, and Hour of Wrath.

The Lore utility kit is intended for multiplayer games in which the table needs those handy Lore cards. Gléowine, None Return, Peace, and Thought, maybe some traps if you want to alter this deck beyond what I've built in. For medical needs, your pick of Warden of Healing, Ioreth, or Song of Healing.

I have included a few utilitarian cards that don't need whole kits to use. Skinbark if you're dealing with orcs. Radagast & Treebeard allies should they not be heroes. Song of Battle when more resource smoothing is needed. Extra copies of cards in the main deck go here as well. Several potentially useful events round out the... random pile.
