Rossiel is a wild amount of fun, but she is the very definition of a support strategy... she and her cards do truly nothing for most of the game. In order to justify her in a multiplayer setting where the encounter deck gets significantly more powerful with the addition of players, you're going to need to surround her with something powerful. Therefore, to balance out the fact that you're filling your deck with cards that kinda don't do anything, we should throw some raw stats in there... and nobody does raw stats like Outlands.
One thing about Outlands is they really suffer from card draw drought. So while I secretly want this to be a two-hero deck (because I'm obsessed with two-hero decks), Beravor goes a long way towards smoothing out the card flow.
That said, this is supposed to be a support deck and it isn't fair if I hoard all the cards, which is why most of the card draw events (Deep Knowledge and Campfire Tales) affect every player. The only thing the deck lacks is threat reduction, which it kinda wants, so pair it with as many Double Backs as possible for maximum value.
Hey! Cool deck =) Packing Rossiel with her encounter deck control together with the Outlands core sounds interesting, I have to give it a try =)
A question though. Have you considered dropping Beravor for Loragon and playing some Peace, and Thoughts? I have found that card super good in Outlands deck.
When I play Beravor and I am not agonizing about free deck slots I like to pack some Crams, it makes using her ability so much easier! Alternatively, Lembas can be played too, but it costs a resource :<
