Final version of "A wizard is never late". Catch early Gandalf with Gather Information, keep it in play with Aragorn's power, attach him Glamdring, Gandalf's Staff, Wizard Pipe and Wild Stallion sadly you can't have them in play at the same time since they're all restricted :( With a clever management of resuorces you can win all encounter p.s. a little trick:With Wild Stallion and Glamdring gandalf can quest with 5, defend with 5 and 5 , then use Narya to exhaust and ready him and another ally (#thalion with the second horse or Gléowine or Henamarth Riversong) to boost him to 6 finally attack an enemy with his 7 (and eventually draw a card) have in play Gandalf with Narya, Wild Stallion and Glamdring is a little bit difficoult but for sure thiswill give you a lot of satisfaction! enjoy!

Apr 02, 2019i would add 3 cloaks ringsdb.com , that can squeeze out more gandalfactions. would replace radagasts cunning or secret paths. i would not play with this much guarded items, seems to much for me. i do not understand "justice shallbe done" in this deck. |
Apr 08, 2019Thanks for your advice! There are some errors and i play Sand of Harad's scenarios with a little bit different version of the deck. Now i'll pubblish this version without errata and some improvement. |

I don't understand the part where Gandalf can defend for 5 (exhausting to do so), then use Narya (which requires Gandalf to exhaust himself) to ready himself. What Gandalf could do is exhaust himself and Narya in the combat phase so it can defend for 6 OR attack for 8 (4 base + 1 Stallion + 1 Narya + 2 Glamdring) but it cannot do both defending and attacking (unless you also throw Shadowfax in the middle)
