This is a tweaked version of my original deck. My first deck was centered around no-miss Vilya, so I wanted to minimize events. It didn't work as well as I hoped. I never used Folco's ability, it didn't have enough fight for more enemy-heavy quests, and a couple of cards I just never used.
This time around, I wanted to ensure that the deck had better balance, and would ramp up a bit faster.
Changes as follows:

Arwen Undómiel instead of Folco Boffin. I found that I never used Folco's ability, and Arwen's ability allows me to accelerate green resources as needed. +3 Elven-light, of course.

Thalion, Jubayr, Quickbeam for Gimli and Faramir. I wanted to be able to have fewer allies that could be brought in only by Vilya. Quickbeam was a great addition, as he could be brought in by Elrond's or Treebeard's resources, and is ready turn 1. Thalion is fantastic with the side quests, and if you get him promoted - you gain blue-green resources. And Jubayr is a beast.

+1 Firyal: Depending on the game, there were some times when I had a hard time getting Firyal into game. Considering how powerful her ability is, I wanted to ensure that she was always available.

+2 Light the Beacons: this card has saved our game more times than I can count. Considering that this is a Vilya/Imladris deck, this is a must for us. It allows us to clear the board of enemies. We were just playing the Dreamchaser cycle, and this will keep ships alive and ready!

+1 Giant Bear: This in a Vilya deck is amazing. Also, I have a soft spot for the bear, much to my husband's amusement.
