bobross has a newer deck inspired by this one: You Shall Not Pass!

This is the deck I created to take down the Balrog in Journey in the Dark. It's attachment heavy so let Galadriel do some of the heavy lifting. Bilbo Baggins will be a good hobbit and fetch Gandalf his Wizard Pipe. Expert Treasure-hunter and Gandalf for that sweet, no risk card draw.

Save Unseen Strikes and Vassal of the Windlords and Beorn for that final battle. You should have enough attack to one-shot the Balrog and send him back to the depths.

How do you pay for the Tactics cards with no tactics heroes?

You use Wizard Pipe to swap with the top card of the deck and pay with Gandalf. Steward of Gondor goes on him.

You can also sub in tactics Aragorn and use the pipe for the leadership cards.
