Updated to include previous suggestions in the best way I could. My initial test on "The Oath" was a success, but barely. Very unlucky early draws left me hunting for Gandalf, Nenya, and the Mirror for several turns.
Once Gandalf showed up, things started running in the right direction finally. All that time, plus Gandalf's additional threat had me past 45 for a lot of the game, but there was enough threat reduction included to mitigate it and finish off the final stage at just the right time. All of the staples were necessary for this playthrough, Gandalf, Shadowfax, Mirror, Nenya. I was surprised that I voluntarily discarded both Unexpected Courage to get Elven Jewelers into play instead. Left with no other trash, and not really needing Heroes to do more, it seemed the logical choice at the time. Especially before Gandalf showed up and even somewhat after, I was chronically short on Willpower. My next set of changes will tweak things to allow for more, flexible or cheaper Willpower generation. I'm having a boatload of fun with this deck, basic though it may be.
More feedback is certainly well recieved. Some day, I'll pilot this deck against real quests, but I have most of my fun just picking a few easy ones and figuring out how to smash them with something silly like this.
