Well, for starters, you need to put 14 different attachments in your loot deck. So you might want to replace some of 2x or 3x you put there. You might want to include more defensive cards into your loot deck it is key to equip Elrohir. If you manage to equip properly the twins, you can take care of combat easily.

That means you now need questing. I think most of your allies should be questing allies. Sadly, you haven't exactly chosen the most quest-able spheres. In any case, I would remove the DĂșnedain Hunter (because combat won't be simple at the beginning), Guardian of Rivendell (you don't have enough card draw). Don't hesitate to put more of those 2 questing allies like Quickbeam or Mablung, since you play Daeron's Runes.

Now for events: Foe-hammer and Sterner than Steel will be dead in your hand most of the game since it's not guaranteed you get a Weapon looted soon enough. Knife-work and The Hammer-stroke are multiplayer cards in my opinion. I would remove the side quests Keep Watch and Prepare for Battle. It frees 12 cards in your deck.

Some events I would consider: Captains of the West (would be even better if Rossiel was Noble sadly she's not) because it gives you action advantage AND questing. Although that might be a bit tricky if the Necklace of Girion is buried in your loot deck. Include Feint you might need it early on.

I would say generally you're attempting here something difficult: blending the Victory Display archetype (that require a strong build drive) with the twin-deck (that also requires a strong drive, because resource acceleration is key... as you will spend a lot of resources using their ability).
