Disclaimer : I decided to play the deluxe expansions following the order of the story they are telling us : the adventures of a bunch of heroes, coming from Grey Havens to help Gondor finding lord Faramir and are involved in bigger and bigger quests. I played those scenarios in the most roleplay way, with thematic characters and items.
First cycle : heirs of Numenor + against the shadow.
Second cycle : voice of Isengard + ringmaker.
Third cycle : lost realm + Angmar awakened.
Fourth cycle : Grey Havens + Dream-chaser.
Fifth cycle : the sands of Harad + haradrim.
Sixth cycle : the wilds of Rhovanion + Ered Mithrin.
Seventh cycle : a shadow in the East + vengeance of Mordor.
The deck
I had some difficulties to put up on feet a decent dunedain deck, and without Amarthuil who he's often an objective-ally. I finally came back to the famous combo three hobbits lore deck. I wanted to pimp it with the use of the new Fellowship contract but I have to be honest, this version is weaker than the original version. I had to add Firyal who is not really roleplay in order to have a playlable deck (see below). This deck have to earn time till nine unique characters are on board. To do so, It's crucial to stay as low as possible on threat (like real hobbits ?), scry the encounter deck and draw cards. When the face B is on, you can quest to 25 willpower, which would be enough to OS most of the stages of the game in one rush. The Free Peoples can be play but it's usually a win more card.
The sideboard
Some direct cards to clear the board from painful enemies or locations. Used Out of the Wild in addition to Firyal and Risk Some Light, offers massive scry abilities.
The weaknesses
Yours allies are your strengh and also your weakness. If you lose one of them, the fellowship is broken. The unique allies line up may not be the best to play this contract, because for a very high rate , you will not strike so hard and mostly, you will suck in defense with a low valor in which is a risk to loose an ally and bring us to the main weakness of this deck : allies.
Roleplay fault
Firyal is the only one card which not roleplay but playing without it would mean a dekc even more painfull to play than it is now.
