This deck is not creative at all, it is a crowdsourced Beorning deck.
I looked at all the decks with Beorning Skin-changer to see what the most used heroes were with him. The most popular heroes were Grimbeorn the Old (by far), with Éowyn and Hirgon in second and third place. I found mono-tactics decks from 12 creators who used at least two of these three heroes with the skin-changer.
To turn my analysis into a deck, I used the median deck card count to apportion card slots to the most popular choices in each category, trying to use the most popular count for each individual card until I ran out of space. I also limited the cards to a single core set.
The end result should be a stereotypical Beorning deck -- one that only includes cards that others have used the most (by percentage, not raw count) in their own decks with this lineup. If you want the typical Beorning experience, this may be a good fit -- and if it's not, don't blame me, blame the committee!
Because of the paucity of Beorning allies, the majority of these decks supplemented them with Eagles. As a result this is really more of an Eagles deck than a Beorning deck. But Grimbeorn by himself is a one-man wrecking crew, I'd look for Raiment of War in your opening hand, though The Red Arrow would be a lucky find -- you need Hirgon's discount badly, but must quest successfully -- this deck probably meshes best with a questing-heavy partner deck. None of the cards have a discard ability, so the Skin-changer is more for recycling Beornings that just getting them cheap.
Well actually the Beorning Skin-changer works also for Beorning allies in the hand so you are not forced to discard them...
