A straightforward Noldor discard-based deck. Look for To the Sea, to the Sea! or Rivendell Minstrel in your opening hand, aggressively using Galdor's ability if you have to. It's not uncommon to get those out first turn, setting you up for powerful allies like Glorfindel or Gildor Inglorion either in the same or subsequent rounds.
Cloak of Lórien is for Guardian of Rivendell, Light of Valinor tends to go on Erestor, along with Protector of Lórien.
From then on it's a case of deciding if you want to play the cards in your hand or discard them for cheap allies, readying or stat-boosting effects. Very different and quite fun to play.
Keep an eye on how many Will of the Wests you have seen, running out of cards is likely to happen with the amount of draw each round. I generally use at least one, sometimes two in a game. The deck could have been made a lot larger, but I didn't want to dilute the important cards too much.
