i like the idea of the deck, should lead to some very fun and diverse games!

you might be a bit light in payoffs for Vilya and Narya, maybe adding a couple of beefy allies would not hurt, ideally in so that they are not too hard to pay for normally (exemples include Jubayr, Glorfindel, Northern Tracker, Elfhelm, Treebeard...)

a copy of Gather Information seems much needed, works the same as Word of Command in many cases.

Light of Valinor is definitely something you want

si is Gléowine, not as good as Master of the Forge but still pretty good
