This deck is meant to be played in the "vigilant palantir" fellowship. The attachments in this fellowship have a specific distribution, so you should ignore the "attachment" section if you are not seeing the whole fellowship.
Arwen's Palantir
By making Arwen Undómiel a hero, we can use Palantir and a readying effect to exhaust her and use her ability twice a round, generating extra on a Vigilant Dúnadan to make the perfect defender.
Elrond's Counsel and Aragorn lets us use the Palantir while mitigating it's drawback.
since Vigilant Dúnadan will only be online on round 2 most of the time, we use Beorn, Feint and The Wizards's Voice to deal with attackers on the first round.
Gather Information usually fetches Keep Watch, which functions as an extra 1 on Vigilant Dúnadan.
Since the number of ennemies we engage matters little to Vigilant Dúnadan, the cost of playing Dúnedain Hunter is mostly irrelevant, and can even serve as an advantage when combined with Palantir, allowing us to shuffle back cards we don't want to deal with.
