Play Horn of the Mark and the first copy of Fast Hitch on Merry, the second one on Folco. Folco also gets both copies of Dagger of Westernesse.
Attach the first copy of Hobbit Cloak to Tom, the second one and the Red Book of Westmarch to Sam.
When playing Raise the Shire, pick Odo Proudfoot, put him into play and search the top 5 cards of your deck for another Hobbit ally. Then play Odo from your hand in the next planning phase and use his response once again.
Horn of the Mark and Gaffer Gamgee form a really effective combo for drawing cards.
