My first Rohan deck. I think it's pretty straight forward. Still needs testing.

You'll lack some draw. You should think about theses :

As your restricted attachments are the focus of the deck, you should use some Golden Belt too

Although, i love Ride to Ruin with rohan allies

First off I think this is a great start to the deck - there is a lot that I like about it. You've inspired me to continue working on an unfisnished deck of mine!

I'd echo what @perseflamme stated about card draw.

Horn of the Mark and Guthwine (which is essentially a version of card draw) are amazing contributions to progress through the deck. If you did add a Golden Belt you can add Guthwine to Eomer with his other horses. He's a monster in that case.

Is this a multiplayer deck? If not, I'd remove the Horseback Archers. They cost a lot and you could add other options. You mentioned you have a limited card pool so I wont make specific recommendation unless you can add Riddermark Knight or Déorwine.

A very good start to what will eventually be a very good deck with some card draw and recursion.
