Rohan with many of the Children of Eorl cards to see how well they work.
General plan is Lothíriel puts Escort from Edoras or Westfold Horse-Breaker into play with ability. Whichever one put into play gets discarded and replaced by Thengel. Getting Horn of the Mark and/or Gamling into play is a top priority to keep card advantage. Morwen Steelsheen action is good to use to discard another Rohan ally during questing instead of shuffling it back into the deck.
Thengel is primary defender until Hama comes out and an early Golden Shield is good too.
Don't play Théodwyn with resources if at all possible. Just use her with Lothiriel for some questing power + resource acceleration or card draw.
