Swap the 3rd copy of Faramir for Ranger of Cardolan or Halbarad that it qualifies for The Last Alliance.
Similar idea to Dunedain Trappers, use Damrod's acceleration to put out Entangling Nets and Forest Snares to lock down enemies. AmarthiĂșl and powered up Guardians of Arnor defend them.
Last Alliance and Spring the Trap provides resource acceleration rather than relying on Steward of Gondor.
Open the Gates to hopefully hit Faramir ally on a trapped enemy that is too powerful to keep engaged or Sarn Ford Sentry for card draw. Open the Gates also acts as pseudo-card draw fetching a needed ally from the top five.

May 11, 2021I think you are 1 Dunedain ally short then, since they must be at least 10. Perhaps Halbarad or a couple of Andrath Guardsman? |
May 11, 2021Oops, I'll have to try swapping a Faramir for Ranger of Cardolan. They're always solid and can jump in early game to block. Andrath Guardsman for the cost, I'd rather just save or hope I have Dunedain on discount for Guardian of Arnor. Halbarad could get to be free pretty easily. He's +engagement cost ability doesn't do a lot for the deck though. I think I just like the optionality Ranger of Cardolan provides over him. |
May 11, 2021Gondor and Dunedain rangers look like a fun combo. If you're looking for more resource acceleration, I like using The Gathering Storm with Dunedain decks, especially if a trap is waiting for the enemy. |

I've also been looking at Knowledge of the Enemy to try out and see if it's reliable. This one with trying to keep all the enemies engaged, I think Knowledge of the Enemy would get a lot of mileage. This one is a little light on traps since I needed room for at least 20 allies. I might try out both in the next multiplayer focused Dunedain deck I try to build. |
May 12, 2021I forgot about Knowledge of the Enemy. That would be a good card. |
Which are the Traits you have chosen for The Last Alliance? Gondor and Dunedain?
