This is a pretty standard dale attachment deck, honestly not too much innovative here.

The most important card in the deck is King of Dale. You'll need it to smooth resources and play your non-sphere allies, and with just King and one other attachment like Bow of Yew on Brand you can play any ally at a 2 cost discount. This card plus Traffic from Dale (which usually should be used on Bard son of Brand so he can afford all the attachments) makes this deck absurdly rich. You can play Gandalf easily and even afford him with Stand and Fight a few times.

The most interesting part of the deck is the inclusion of Balin. It forfeits some of the sphere flexibility of other dale decks, but the resource riches of this deck combined with his ability means you essentially never have to worry about shadow cards. If you need to spend resources, make sure to spend from Brand first for this reason. Dwarrowdelf Axe was included as it's another Item trait attachment that can boost Traffic and I found I needed more attack than defense, the allies do well defending, but you can swap in Ring Mail if you need more defense or damage in a specific scenario.
