Personally, I would bump up the Armored Destrier and take out Ancestral Armor and Shining Shield. I would also recommend taking Deep Knowledge over Lórien's Wealth (maybe take some more threat reduction like Favor of the Valar too). I recently made a Gimli/Legolas deck that was quite fun, and I found that 3x Dwarven Shield, 3x Armored Destrier, and some readying (especially Heir of Mardil and Ring of Thrór) make him into quite a formidable foe.
