the choices are:

major uses:

• used on Hirluin the Fair to pay for green dwarf-ally (and trigger possible Lord of Morthond )
• used on Dáin Ironfoot to give his bonus to all outlands too

minor uses

• Bifur if not enough dwarfes are out to count outlands as dwarfes
• Glóin same
• Lure of Moria to ready all outlands too
• Legacy of Durin to draw a card, playing an outland
• Erebor Record Keeper ro ready an outland-character

very rare uses

• Forlong if the spheres of the dwarfes fit the missing spheres of the outlands
• +1 of specific attribut (att, defense, willpower or hitpoint) of 1 outland-ally to dwarfes, can help in dire situations for peack-value or survive this round using hitpoint

little advice for beginners:

• Hidden Cache and Ered Luin Miner are great for King Under the Mountain and A Very Good Tale
• Tome of Atanatar can reuse or use an accidentially discarded Lure of Moria A Very Good Tale or Strength of Arms consider to take a 2.
• if you asume a longer quest (more than 7 turns), replace Song of Wisdom with Narvi's Belt and include sideboard
• defend only weak enemys with dain, chump the big ones with cheap dwarfes or Hunter of Lamedon
• do not forget Balins ability for shadowcancelling if needed
