Otherworlder 37
A deck featuring the three most powerful figures from Middle-earth.
This deck really revolves around the heroes. The goal is to get as many actions as possible from Elrond and Gandalf through cards like Unexpected Courage, Desperate Defense, Shadowfax, and Flame of Anor. Another key is deck order manipulation through Gandalf, Wizard Pipe, and Imladris Stargazer. This sets up the deck for resource acceleration via Zigil Miner and also the optimal use of Vilya and Flame of Anor. Elrond is the main (only) defender; the idea is to quickly arm him with A Burning Brand and multiple Unexpected Courage, and also have Arwen support her father. Gandalf is the main attacker, boosted by Flame of Anor. Galadriel's central role is providing threat control and extra cards. She is also there to soak up the worst of treachery conditions. She should not be questing much. In fact, this deck is perfectly fine without Nenya; I added Nenya mostly for theme.
The deck is ideal for solo play.
If playing multiplayer, The Houses of Healing might be a good addition.
