Updated with Eowyn and Legolas for a lower threat start and improved questing ability.
The goal is still to get an early Horn of Gondor out (we play the pre-errata version) to set up a variety of resource equal plays such as Messenger Raven and Vassal of the Windlord usage. Note that the partner deck will be getting Radagast his Wizard Pipe to allow good use of Messenger Raven, Gwaihir's Debt, Expert Treasure-hunter.
Meneldor can be played to get some quick progress at a key moment; if more progress tokens are needed then Flight of the Eagles can be used as an expensive option.
