I would put in 3 copies (then you have stuff to safely discard to Daeron's Runes). I would consider taking out Mustering the Rohirrim for those since with this many allies it's quite likely that the draw from the Horn will basically result in an ally added to your hand. Otherwise the Westfold Horse-breeder. Sure they are cheap willpower but not so crucial here I think.

Mustering the Rohirrim is essentiel, did u read the description in the fellowship? the mainjob is to put in a Éomund every round with lothiriel, and to get him back Mustering the Rohirrim is needed.

i will discard Westfold Lancer (he is only there or Lothíriel if i do not get a Éomund or or the The Muster of Rohan and then perhaps a Miruvor perhaps 2 Horn of the Mark are enough?
